Lately, my gas pedal has been sticking alot especially after idling at a red light. I drive standard so it's kinda annoying having to keep the clutch pressed in order to stomp on the gas pedal to unstick it before being able to take off from a stop. Also, does anyone know if Mazda was able to fix the MX3 problems in the 96's such as sunroof, power window motor, locks, squeaky hatch and all those other little annoying faults???

I heard there may be a difference in starters/alternators or something along that line? Oh yah, totally forgot about the OBD2, thanks!

I'm thinking of buying a newer MX3 (I have a 92 right now) and I was wondering what the main differences are in the newer models in regards to parts (engine compartment, chassis, suspension, etc) aside from the obvious dash and aesthetics.......I would like to use my car as a donor car for the newer...
