Nope, the big 32mm nut holds it. it goes right on. Hope that you will do it your self it`s pretty easy and will save you some money. Good luck.

Took me half an hour. So not more than 1 hour for a mecanic.
1.Jack up the car.
2.Take of the wheel.
3.Loosen and take of brake-caliper.
4.Take brake-disc of.
5.Loosen 32mm nut in center(this nut can be hard too loosen.
6.Replace wheel bearing.

I think i have a klze disty wiring diagram Gro. If you want a picture i could email it too you. But great work on the external coil. It`s probally going save people alot of money on disty`s (you were also running on your 5th disty right?)

Ok i changed the fuelrails with the injectors to the 2.5 ones and man that did a difference. Idle and everything is perfect now. Pulls really hard now in 1gear wheels spin al the way and in second the spin as well.

I have just changed oil on my girlfriends Suzuki and it has one these plugs. It had some oil/metal-splines on it. I think it is a very good idea to use these.

Bobbels in coolant water
When putting new coolant-water in my new engine i saw small air bobbels in the water on the fiiler neck on engine. There is no leak`s. Maybe it just cirkulating it`s hard too see the difference. Is this normaly?

Drill hole size is 10.5 mm and tap is M12x1.5. Remember too use alcohol when tapping and not not oil or grease as it is aluminium. Good luck! i`ve just done it.

My mistake! k8 injectors are the ones i am using at the moment. Maybe i should start by using the 2.5 injectors.

Testing klze
I`ve have tried some few combination`s on the klze engine. Every test so far has been with the k8 IM and TB and fuelrails. Next step is the 626 de IM and TB and fuelrails (as i can`t get the curved neck millenia IM here in europe and kl36 ecu). Has someone tried the 2.5 de IM on the klze engine ...

Thanks for the help! I took the sensor from my spare 1.8 and planned to tap it in the weekend. I think the tap is a M12x1.50 but not completly sure thoug.

Cooling fan starts after 2 min
Just got my klze engine running today it sounds great. Only thing that is wrong is the cooling fan starts after only 1-2 min. The klze only have one connection for the cooling fan and two coonection`s on the k8 wiring harness. So i just keep`t the extra connection hangin. What can i do to control ...

That`s what i also thought about the 626 IM. It`s the only one i can get here in europe that is bigger than the k8, so i will have to go with that one. Did anybody have the "problem" about bearing?
