hi, I just went outside and checked the voltage, it was fine. I also looked for air leaks in my CAI, but I didn't find any. I did how ever get the car to start. If I floor it when it is trying to start and then lift my foot off the pedal when it fires, it will start to idle normaly. then when I try ...

Car just died! please help, ineed it to get to work!
OK, two days ago I had my car, which is a 94 with a B6-ZE out of a miata, ACT clutch, and a CAI, out at my friends shop. I put new springs, ball joints and rear brakes on it. After that I drove it about 12 miles back to my house. I didn't notice anything wrong with it then. A couple hours later I wa...

Re: Head removal
I would suggest getting a new water pump to, depending on how many miles you have on your car. You don't have to take the cams out or anything like that. just get the timming belt off, remove the distributor and the air hose that runs to your TB, and there is a few other misc. hoses that you have to...

Re: Mx-3 Mx-5 interchange
1. A Miata flywheel can be used in the MX-3 DOHC, I have one in my car right now 2. A miata clutch can not be used in the MX-3 DOHC tranny. The splines on the shaft in the transmission is different. You can use the pressure plate off of a miata, but it's eaiser to just buy a mx-3 clutch kit. 3. Most...

Re: Header for 1.6L?
they never made headers for the SOHC, but if you do have the DOHC you can use the headers for a probe 2.0. You just need to drill your own holes and take some metal out of the middle two runners. If you do a search there is a step by step process for it.

Re: Intercooler Question!
you can go on E-bay and see a whole bunch of intercoolers. That would be where I would go to get one. ALso, it is better to buy the turbo engine. It has different cams and stuff in it that is able to handle boost better

I know this isen't very easy but I have already done the oil pan and I took the thermostat neck off and got a plate with a gasket to attach the MX-3 mounting hardware. Where I'm having trouble now is the intake. I thou...
