Re: 2 mufflers on mx-3?
The other muffler they are refering to is the resonator. you can tell the differance between the resonator, the muffler and the cat by size and position. From front to back, or headers to exaust tips is, Resonator, Cat, Muffler. :p

Re: Can an Alternator work the opposite way?
With all due respect to the tire guy, but he's smoking crack if he really thinks that the alternator can drain the battery. This is how it works... There is a coil inside the alternator right? Right! What else is there you ask? A magnet... A fairly big one. Now that magnet is connected to the pulley...

Re: a/c prob?
Sounds to me like the buzzing may be a bad compessor clutch. Also I think what pelado is saying is that it could be your secondary fan as well. It's connected to your A/C switch and SHOULD turn on when you turn your A/C on. But we need more info on symptoms. When idling, turn your A/C switch on. Do ...

Ques. about rubber door trim
I'm not sure what to do. The rubber or plastic trim on the edge of my DS door is coming off and I need to get a new one because it's cracked and started to turn brittle. Should I just replace it or take the whole thing off and try to clean up the glue left over? Also if I replace it, What kind of gl...

Re: coolant reservoir relocation question
I thought the same thing as MS Steve. My question is where can I get a Rad. cap that allows coolant flow both ways but maintains pressure in the system. Also, where did you relocate it to? My first thought is in the fender well but that's just a guess. Later

Re: Projector headlights
I don't know about everyone else... but I'd be willing to pay the shipping for a set of projectors like that. I'd also like to know how and where I could get and put in a set of those side markers near the door, like on the white one.

I'm not the master of intakes and such, in fact it took me three tries to understand what you said but here's my 2 cents.<BR> 1) Why would you hook up a vac line to your intake? Treat me like an idiot if I'm wrong about this. 2) To put in a tube that (I have to assume) will be your cold air inductio...

Re: neon lights
I would agree if they're illegal. If not then I suggest staying with the same color scheme. also you don't have to have green markers, blinkers, or brake lights to go with the car's color. You have a wide variety of external (tag) and ground effect lighting, you can throw on some washer lights to ad...
