Re: ECUs
I am working with a '94 Probe KL03 (MX-6 KLDE), The ecu's changed in the Probe, but not in the MX-6...I guess I'm going to try both since I have to buy the VAF for the 03 anyway. I'll see which is better.

Re: ECUs
Lazzyie, I'm swapping a KL03 from a ford probe '94 into my car (93 mx-3 gs), which ECU should I get. I've asked this question before but the response wasn't all that clear. And since you sell them, I'm sure you could give me a direct answer. There was a change in ECU's with the KL03, or KLDE IN THE ...

Re: Short Shifters
The B&M design is much stronger than the pacesetter. The pacesetter tends to flex. As far as bushings go, the Bronzoil bushings work best with B&M from what I've heard. And although the bushings might fit the pacesetter, I'm unaware of how well it works. I have been debating which one to go ...

Re: KL03 ECU
Thanks again Tsi :) So helpful, if I knew how to add to member rating I would ... DOH ! I'll keep you guys posted on the rebuild. So far we've pulled the head covers and have our cams exposed. We tried removing them, but our Timing cover/Crank Pulley won't come off without some serious work. Most pe...

Re: KL03 ECU
Thanks tsi :) I'm rebuilding a KL03 from a Probe with a friend, and we are just trying to think of the parts I'm going to have to replace in the MX-3. So far we've got everything pretty much lined up right now, but there are still a few things we need. I am going to need a new clutch because I still...

KL03 ECU
Hey all, I'm swapping my K8 for a KL03, and I was wondering if anyone had any problems with the ECU that they were using. I am going to be searching thru a junkyard for a Probe/mx-6 ECU for the engine. Also, I wanted to know if anyone had any issues with their tranny holding the KL03 power?? Thanks ...

Re: Custom Exh.
So the dual idea is out of my head for now. I can't determine which cat-back systems work the best. Anyone know where the best gains are as far as catback systems are concerned?

Re: Custom Exh.
Well, I guess for now it seems to be a little rediculous to have a dual exh. Mainly because the car is stock, but in the future, I am putting in a KL03 engine and fitting a turbo on it. So, should I stick with single muffler or go with dual in that case???
