any strut tower bars or rear lower tie bar? What kind of shocks and springs?

Does anyone know how difficult and how long it will take to replace the timing and adjust the valve clearance, possibly the HLA (whatever they are)? Thought I'd change the belts since it is the 100K mark. There seem to be clicking noises coming from the vave ocver at the time.

Does anyone know where I can disengage the reverse light? For some reason, it is always on. I can't even find out how to take out the bulbs for the reverse lights.
