backup light on

Does anyone know where I can disengage the reverse light? For some reason, it is always on. I can't even find out how to take out the bulbs for the reverse lights.

Is the tranny auto or stick?

The back-up switch is located on the transaxle casing. Look on the front drivers side of the tranny and you should see the switch with two wires coming out of it. I imagine you will just have to replace the switch itself. It might be in the online manual if you can't find it.
