i hear that you cannot use the klze intake manifold when you swap it??? is there two kinds of klze's??? on that you can use the intake manifold and one where you cannot???? i heard that somewhere also... THANK YOU

4-5psi safely all the time, i know of people who have done it for a while and have had no problems. and if your worried about it get a boost controller and run it at 1 psi for every day driving and when you wanna go crank it. i'm going with a thomas knight kit, i know this isn't popular on the board...

Just throw a turbo on a stock klze. it can handle 4-5 psi safely and you can get 100hp from it. then later on or if you have the money now reenforce the internals.

sunfire gt's have 150hp stock. so i dunno, but they do have a pretty low governor around 150km/h. by the way where you from?

GUTTER GAURD!!!!!!!!!!! go to canadian tire and get some mesh stuff called "gutter gaurd" its like 10 bucks and comes in a few designs and colours and looks exzact like mesh grill. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]
