Having said that.. my tranny is the 1.6L DOHC transmission.. and it's already electronic speedo/sensor etc. Does that mean i dont have to do anything to my speedo se...

Re: Help Me get this BP running right

id personally use the egt manifold. from what i`ve compared, the egt manifold is larger internally.. it even looks biggger visually. larger internally = more room for air. and there`s more material to the egt one from what i`ve noticed, more material=more that can be removed for PNP`ing, and cutmodd...

Re: Help Me get this BP running right

You're wrong on the trans. All G are electronic speedometer. If you're running the EGT harness and EGT ECM, then clearly its all how its supposed to be... So you're saying there is no difference between VSS stuff between G series and F series in their year ranges.. and i didnt say i was running any...

Re: Help Me get this BP running right

From what Ive read, all youll have to do to run the EGT harness is swap some pins around ecu side. You want them to match the mazda ecu. http://clubprotege.com/forum/showpost.php?p=366349&postcount=2 just to double check.. if im running the egt ecu, do i still need to swap pins around ecu side?...

Re: Help Me get this BP running right

A) dash wiring B)speedo C)downtime... Both me and the wife working A 45 mile trip one way from either ...

Re: Interior trim questions

There are several interior styles. check the home page. some visors came with fabric on both sides. no stock black pillars or headliner. Its been done though. You must PM a moderator to get into the FS forum. excellent. gonna have to try and find an mx3 at the scrappers that hopefully has the fabri...

Interior trim questions

Hey people, A few curious questions. i know the mx3 SE had full leathers with heating, were the doorpanels/rear interior side panels any different from other mx3's? Also, do all mx3's come with the same cheapo looking sunvisors as the 95 RS does (no lights, cheapo vinyl, very flimsy) also, did any m...

Re: BP Swap

I'm sort of in the same situation as you. It feels slow in lower RPMs (though I haven't gotten it up to 5k RPM or higher.. most I had it up was 4.5k... and this is due to me baby'ing my newly rebuilt motor). Ryan on here has told me this is normal so I"m just anxiously awaiting the 1k mark on ...
