Re: 1993 MX-3 Service Manual Download?

Anything you'd want from a Haynes you can find on the online manuals on this site.. What exactly were you needing?

Re: WTB: Black Headliner

I had the handle - just took it off and laid the fabric over top. Covered the hole up perfectly, and you'd never know there's a hole there. Rear view should already be black and the dome light can be easily painted black. As for the visors, I have heard of somebody on here dying them with fabric dye...

Re: Mystery Wires?

Just cause it goes to the joint box under the dash, don't assume they go to the CPU - I just added into a harness under there the other day to get a constant source of power, and it had nothing to do with the CPU itself. If you really want to know, you could look up which pins they are attached to i...

Re: Mystery Wires?

Doesn't look stock if you ask me.. Have you tried looking from the inside under the dash to see where they go?

Re: WTB: Black Headliner

Yup... I've heard baaad things about dying it. Pick up spray fabric adhesive from walmart for like $8/can, head over to fabricland and pick up the amount of black felt you need. Ended up costing me like $14 for fabric. For the price I ended up paying, made a HUGE difference in the interior appearanc...

Re: WTB: Black Headliner

If you already have a stock one, you can cover it in black felt yourself for about $20 and half an hour of your time.. I did mine, and you would never tell a difference - looks completely stock. Just throwin it out there.

Re: Search impaired

I would just like to point out that the search is NOT working the way it should be. I believe Jeff has disabled at least part of it from the server end. Jeff - if you ever read this, could we get an explanation of why it is this way?

Re: Headlights Dimming when Pressing Brake Pedal

Alright well if it's a normal problem I won't worry too much about it. I'm planning on installing new ground wires over the next while, so we'll see if that improves anything.

Thanks.

Headlights Dimming when Pressing Brake Pedal

I've done a quick search but couldn't come up with anything.

Whenever I press the brake pedal, the headlights as well as interior lights dim. Could this be some sort of grounding problem, or am I looking at something wrong with the brakes?

Thanks in advance..

Re: What about a shoutbox?

What was this garage about? Just a place to showcase your car? I only ask, cause I may be able to make one specifically for this site, or at the least get in contact with Jeff and talk about me doing the coding work to get it running again.

I don't have any specific codes, but http://retailmenot.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has saved me hundreds, maybe thousands over the last couple months.

I had the exact same thing - fine unless under hard acceleration. Replaced spark plugs and air filter and she runs like a beauty.

Re: Cluster/Speedo Rings

Don't worry about my prep. I have no problem sanding off the tabs myself, and I'll be painting them anyways.
