My brother did this to his Mitsubishi Pajero 4x4 mud toy that was faded and rusted out. He used the directions that the Mopar website said to use. As long as the body is cleaned really well on the first time around, its goes pretty good. He let it cure over 2 weeks and then wet sanded and painted it...

Nobody else has had this problem? Dang! I am not sure if I just have to regrease everything in the track or what.. its just making some nasty grinding noises and is not moving properly.

Ok, I found the online manual and went to page 42. I couldnt find anything on actually changing the pads and rotors. Is that somewhere else?

Thanks for the explanation, unfortunately the car doesnt have a owners manual. My step-dad had mentioned about the hold button and what it might do. Well thats cool to know that it has 4 speeds.

Ok, so I got the car delivered to the my step-dads shop and they looked it over for a what it needs. The pads and rotors have to be replaced. The e-brake cable. I think one of the struts is shot. The rocker panels are rusted out on my car. I need to take out the rust and use some skirts to hide the repair job.

I will do that. I also tried doing a search in many different ways to see how people "smoothed" out the lines in the door. I cant find any articles on how people did it. Are people using steel welded in or "kitty hair" fibreglass? I like the look.
