Post by MaX3 »

Help!! My moonroof is jamming up. Is this typical and what is the best trick to get them working smoothly?

There are two metal pieces in mechanism which should be pushed to sunroof tracks and it will be ok, I had the same problem, pushed the button and only "rrrrrrrrrrr" noise was coming out and roof was not moving. Now it works fine. :)

This is a very comon issue with the s/r.. there is a couple treads on what people have done/used to fix it. I lubricated every peice that I could get at with liquid wrench. then greased the rails. Now its back to new.
