BTW squeaking sounds would mean bolts/nuts are too tight. Try loosening them a bit one by one to find the culprit. If light knocking sound is hear when going over bumps, nuts/bolts are loose. Need to tighten them after a few hundred miles after bed-in is complete.

FYI The idea of a stainless sleeve makes no sense. Stainless will stick to the control arm bolt (I mean you will need a sledghammer to seperate the sleeve from the bolt after many months of use) + Bronze or whatever material the guy used will compress with time and loads making the sleeve loose. Bro...

Momo/Sparco and other makes with 70mm center to center will bolt right on the hub spacer. On the Hub adapter side you need to drill 6 holes (using the hub spacer as a template) to mount the spacer to it with the supplied hardware.
