your needle is not stuck... my car does it too. and my gas gague works fine.

I don't think you understood me. Fog lights are 2 little round on front of the car and two near the plates on the back. Both RIGHT are missing. There are no bulbs. There are no wires and plugs for them. So I guess it's manufacturing failure. I'd be happy if anyone can confirm. (or aliens stole them ...

My fuel indicator needle is ALWAYS showing how much fuel I got even when the engine is off. Any explanation for this?

Well front and rear RIGHT fog lights weren't flashing so I went to check what's up. And what a suprise: there are no lights and cables for them! Must be a serial failure.
