For parts and such you can use this site and http://www.clubprotege.com for
BP stuff. Sometimes you can find decent turbos and the like for a
real deal there.

Since you have the RS car, id stick with the BP engine and not try to jam a KL in there. The motor mounts are different and it would be a pain in the rear, not impossible however. A BP can be done over a weekend with metric wrenches and an engine hoist. Plus you can get a used BP easier than a KLZE ...

What id like you to do is get some electrical tape and better seal these indicated spots on your intake. http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r298/mikefoo/F1-002.gif If you have a CAI like I do then ensure your lower throttle body connection to the intake is well sealed. I re used the old parts from t...

Yeah im not a fan of pink cars.. its worse that
its a ford. Ive got the wiring harness, fuse box,
engine, tranny, axles, etc etc out of it so I should
be good to go for the swap.

The car was a 93 EGT. It wasnt in great shape, the best photo is that
of the front end. Both doors have holes in them, the front bumper was cracked in half and something is direly wrong with the rear suspension.

Its also pink, I call it Pinkford.

What did you use to paint the body?

Also did you get paint with or without the drying catalyst?

Im pretty curious cause im also in Alberta and need
some paint done in the near future. Sand on the roads
here is more like 1/4 inch gravel and it hurts the car :(

The theory is sound and if they say 5 years on it, it will last that long. Usually Crappy Tire is very good about honoring warranty Heres a link http://autos.canada.com/news/story.html?id=67332cf8-82e7-4aef-b80a-1711483d1d53 I 'might' try one of these cause theres way too much salt on the roads here...
