True true, but at this point I'm so tired of working on the car lol. I'm just going to enjoy it for now. And plus I'm a bit concerned about visibility during the day for my brake lights, so having the stock third brake light ensures I keep some visibility. (I never drive behind myself so I have no idea how visible my LED tails are lol).
Friendship is like pissing your pants: Everyone can see it, but only you can feel its true warmth.

What did you use to paint the body?

Also did you get paint with or without the drying catalyst?

Im pretty curious cause im also in Alberta and need
some paint done in the near future. Sand on the roads
here is more like 1/4 inch gravel and it hurts the car :(

its a tri-coat white diamond pearl paint
so theres three steps to get the final results
u need to lay the base coat, then mid-coat (pearls) then the clear coat
i bought the paint from cmax
u basically get 3 quarts of base coat, 2 gallons of basemaker. 3 quarts of ur mid coat, a gallon of clear coat and sum activator..
the base maker is like a reducer and hardener in one for the base
the activator is like the same thing but for the clear
it was sumthin around $1200 for everything
i got a discount so i only paid $800
its wat ive wanted to do for a while so i was willing to dish out the cash
hope that helps

How do you pop the hatchback now? Is it a remote system? My car doesn't have a switch, I have to go to the back and use the key to get in it (unless the button is hidden really really well and I just haven't found it yet). Did your car come stock with an electric hatch release, or did you have to install something?

Or did you just say farewell to using trunk space ever again? :P

your car should have a release pull right next to your gas tank release in the front by the driver's side seat... as far as I know all mx-3's are equipped with these...
