so i dont need a vaf anymore?

im still using the K8 vaf

so what ecu should i get? do i need to get a k834 and get that chipped too? is there any other way other than the stickers to tell which ecu it is?...


and yes one stickers gone and the other has no letters or anything on it... just white

ok heres the deal...the letters for what ecu it i are all scratched off...but i wrote on it K801 for the engine code so when i sent it to ryan i could identify mine by haveing that written on it...so maybe he thought it was a K801...or what?

that makes sense no wonder when it was warmin up i was spewin black smoke out the exhaust and after riding it kinda hard it stopped...good to know thanks

yea i have a 94 GS but im not sure which ECU i have...how do you tell?

right now my CEL is on and i tried the TEN to GND and nothin (no cel flashing or going off, also disconnected the negative and did the brakes for 20 secs and its still there) ... im running a klze on a k8 ecu with a probinator chip...i have a straight neck i dont know what chip he used since he didn...

so i just took out the thermostat and ran it and coolants circulating and engines running fine not overheating or anything...what thermostat should i buy if i buy one cause i bought one for a probe gt and it seems that wasnt happening so i dont know i think im just gonna leave it out...no worries ri...

topic pretty much says it all...my coolant isnt circulating through the radiator and the engine is overheating...original problem was that the fan wasnt coming on...so i thought thats why it was overheating so i tried a few things and ended up just wiring in my own switch figuring it was just someth...

yea i replaced the fuel filter and im pretty sure none of my lines are bent ill double check...it just doesnt make sense why it will continue to run and start up after its been running but going from a cold start it needs the fluid...

i had already checked the vacuum line to the booster i think i just need to clean the rotors up a little its been sitting for a while so they are looking kinda bad...prolly just that...it just didnt feel like it would be something like that...but then again i guess ive never felt something like that...
