OEM Replacment or Cone Filter?

Ok so a little intro i bought the car about 7 months ago for $500 bucks :lol: it has 110K onit runs great no probs, body in good shape. After about 3 months i started to have fluctuating idle, would go from 1000 to 500 Rpms. Things iv'e done: 1) New plugs Denso Iridium 2) NEW Wires 3) New rotor and ...

ya he said the pic was taken before it settled. After settling it went to 2.2.
Reprobation if you would post a pic with it settled. Oh and thanks for the info i was wondering if anyone was ever going to actually install them.

Looks good man. You say it rides nice thats awsome i was thinking of getting a set. But OUCH on the 2.2 Drop im not in a good area to be that low.

Just seeing if anyone was inthe tallahassee area? I have had my car know for about six months and have only seen 2 mx3's.

I heard yesterday from my sales rep that toucan ind. is going out of business so maybe thats why you can get them so cheap. Kind of like a close out deal. Who knows?
But i would like to know if anyone has ACTUALLY installed these on there car, bybe some feed back.

ok so i obviosly dont know how to post pics (or spell) but thats ok, i got the sensor from advanced and it matches up but they say its for the 1.8l are they wrong or is it interchangable between models?
