Eunos steering wheel fitment
Hey, I have a 4-spoke eunos steering wheel on my usdm mx-3. It fits the splines fine...the issue I am having is that the wiper and turn signal stalks are now so close to the wheel, that my hands hit either of them when turning the wheel. I forgot to get a pic of how close they are.
Basically just wondering if anyone using a euro wheel on a usdm mx3 had the same problem? and how you remedied?
I may try spacing the wheel further out (horn probably wont work then) or get another column stalks and try to bend them back further..

Re: Eunos steering wheel fitment
they make boss hub spacers so the wheel sits away from the switches a bit. I ebay has some

Kull, if I read it right Hotslit isn't using one of those style wheels, it's one of those OEM ones on a Eunos so theres nowhere to put a spacer as it bolts right to the splined part.

My racing wheel was like that. Was annowing at first, but you get used to it and just flicking the arms with your fingers

same as Jovian, my eunos steering fits perfectly and i even added the cruise control buttons to the bottom of the middle part, it actually kinda looks OEM to me

Re: Eunos steering wheel fitment
Never really had an issue with mine other than the USDM plastics seemed to rub the back of the wheel...

Re: Eunos steering wheel fitment
Thanks for the reply's everyone...I guess i just have freakishly fat fingers
The wheel fits fine and i like the look...
side shot of wheel and stalk (dont mind the floor mat, I have factory mats and eunos mats to use):
and a shot with my hand holding the wheel:
I'll see what i can come up with to gain a little extra room

I relocated the cruise control controls to the steering column cover. You can substitute the stock controls for any pair of momentary push buttons and mount them where you wish.
