Re: [GI] Aluminum Crossmember & Rear Tie Bar - SRD Reproduction
Every machine is just a liiiiittle bit different. So a tie bar that's tight on your car may not be perfectly tight on mine. Thats going to be my official perspective on the issue...until someone comes up with a better one...which I will quickly adopt.
94' RS/GS/MS/CF Monster Turbo...coming soon.
93' GS SE, the Black Beast, the former love of my life...soon to be gutted and crushed.
94' GS, black on black, now in several small pieces...and one large crushed piece.
2007 Mazda3 GT Sport --- super fun
2004 Honda RC51 --- Lost forever to some theavin' bastard
My Worklog
My feedback thread
Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

Let's start a list!
Hey, Jim, you could start a new thread saying somrething like "What would you want michined out of Aluminum?"
I bet you'd sell a few B pillar bars, and front strut braces that fit over curved neck manifolds.

Good call on the Bpillar bars man, I would love that in my car. How about a KLZE specific strut tower bar?fowljesse wrote:Let's start a list!

Re: [GI] Aluminum Crossmember & Rear Tie Bar - SRD Reproduction
That's the thing. They haven't been made, yet. You would have to use one of the MX-3s around, and fab them.

Well the Bpillar and the ZE specific strut bars were never made by anyone.. that's the thing. As for the bushings and whatnot, I am sure someone can volunteer them to be reproduced.

Re: [GI] Aluminum Crossmember & Rear Tie Bar - SRD Reproduction
The 96 Vibrant Neon strut bars you can find on ebay work very well and look great and clear the ZE manifold! You just have to cut 1/4 inch off each end and it threads into the normal ractive MX-3 braces. I can post pics if you want to see.
