Distributor Oil Leak
I gots a problem with my 4-cyl where it leaks oil, seem to be a common problem cause my friends gf has the same prob. I am buying a new distributor o-ring today to try and fixit. hopefully i wont screw up my timming (no timing light). anyone else had this problem gimme some info

Spark Plugs and Wires
I am thinking of getting Ngk IX iridium Plugs and NGK wires, Im throwing this out here to see if anyone has a prefrence in spark plug (which one is best). And Wires too (whats the points in buying $145 wires). So wich plugs and wires does everyone like best????

My car does that too, but it didn't start happening till I advanced the ignition timing as far as it would go, you could check that

Looks like it broke off almost flush, but the bolts stick out the bottom, I might try to get it like that, theres a bunch of other stuff in the way.<BR>Like I said before, I should just save up some dough, go to canada (a-spec), and have them drop in a 2.5.<BR>Quik question, whats faster a mx-3 ...

OK i feel like a dumbass. I was trying to fix an oil leak on my valve cover, so last night I took it off and doused it with some permatex, then snugged it on. I woke up this morning to tighten it, and SNAP. I am so pissed right now. Its going to leak even worse.

Thanks for the advice, I'll check up on the ECU MOD, and keep you guys posted.<BR>I should just save up some dough and have a-spec drop in a 2.5 KL-ZE for me

ONe more thing, what is this I here about grounding a wire to the ECU that supposedly cuts 75% of the fuel at low RPM's for economy reasons?? can I hook it up to a switch??? Are there switchs that can do that??

First I tried advanceing it all the way, but when I drove it I got pinging at low rmp (foot to the floor), I brought it back to about half way, the pinging stopped and now whenever I go around a turn from a dead stop my car likes to get sideways (stop sign onto a major road, foot to the floor, no ...

I found a way to adjust the timming on the 4-cyl and its really easy, just loosen the bolts on the distributor a bit and turn the distributor, listen to the engine(it has to be on) to tell weather your reatrding or advancing the timming.<BR>This is also an invitation to see if any mechanics out ...
