yeah i just had it done. picking up my car from the shop today. had the trannny flushed and the valve gasket and distrib. o-ring were leaking oil, so they've been replaced too.

I was having the same problem. My friend and I just replaced the Cap and Rotor and resealed the valve cover gasket.
Why reseal you ask? Well, I have a (what I believe is stock 1.6L) DOHC. However, when I got the gasket, it looked like it was for a SOHC. Got it from Advanced Auto. Went to AutoZone, same problem. Anyone have any ideas?! They said it was the right one. Then they showed me a Mitsubishi gasket and it looked more like it. So, I am thinking I have a 2.0l 4cyl DOHC?
Any ideas?!
:(

i'm guessing you DO have a 4-banger. now, if it is 92-93 is a SOHC, if it's newer than 93 it's a DOHC
