check the tension in your belt and if it seems fine id take it to a shop and get them to perform an AVR test thats all i can think of right now it might be ur altenator not charging 100% at idle but when u give it gas you put a load on it so it could be fine. so id check the belt and if nott hat get...

the v6 and 4 cyl are totally different CAI remeber so maybe he ordered it for the v5 not the i4

i used jb weld and well it should work and if it doesnt i talked to a guy i work with and we r gonna take it to the shop and weld the holes shut so it should all be good now
