I THINK THAT THE GROUNDS MIGHT BE BAD. THE VOLTAGE IS OK, 12.5 WHEN KEY IS OFF, 13.5V WHEN RUNNING. IS THERE ANY CERTAIN GROUND I SHOULD CHECK? I'M NOT SURE IF I MENTIONED THIS, BUT I HAD SOME WIRES CROSS IN THE THE DRIVER'S SIDE FENDER WELL. I REPAIRED THEM ALL, BUT IS THERE A GROUND IN THERE PERHA...

Yeah, it is a digital multimeter. I do have a test light... somewhere. Thanks for keeping an eye on this thread despite how slow it is.

OK. I got 4.9V out of both the red and the orange wire for the headlight relay. Nothing out of the other two.

Just checked the battery. 12.5V while not running. That should be good.

Also radio keeps reading ERR (for error I assume). It never did this when the battery was unplugged before. Also I have the DIN removal tools and I still can't get it out! I have a replacement '97 MPV radio. :)

Just a quick note. I took a 12V charge and put it to WHT/RED wire and I have temporary lights!!!

Thanks again Grants, I tried both air conditioning relays (they were the same). I'll check for continuity tonight.

The arcing/fire started (I think) from having no fender liners. Rocks wore away at the harness until a couple wires were exposed. The Speedo is electric. The headlights are OEM wattage.
