waaahhhooooo, AWD is sooo much fun in the snow.

Post by Josh »

I dont have any pics or vids but i will eventually this winter. but i just got about 1/2" of snow/slush on the roads when i woke up this morning. so perfect time to test the AWD out. the handling is amazing, no FWD car could ever go this good. and whenever i want to brake the rear end out you just lay into the boost.

down from my house is a vacant housing development, with a nice cul-de-sac. so i figured drifts were inorder. so i took it apon myself to lay drifts threwout the roads and spun doughnuts galore. alot of funn, espically to see the snow kicking up from all wheels. in the middle of the doughnuts you could see the snow kicking up from the wheels like 5-6' high. was alot of crazy fun. i missed not having a RWD car but AWD is just as much fun, i really should put in the 2 way LSD i have. Then i realized i had an audience of some of my neighbors like 15 people. was alot of fun.

so i will try to get vids up this winter for all of ya. im probably going to go mudding a little sometime too. we will have to see. i will keep all of you posted on my project. working on a new motor too. a 1.9L BP

Also jealous. I wish we could order a car with whatever we wanted on it from the factory. I'd take a twin turbo AWD ZE please...
Then if by some miracle of El Nino it snowed in Georgia I could play like you.

All I want for X-Mas is a turbo AWD ZE, a turbo AWD ZE, a turbo AWD ZE...

yah at 15psi on the VF10. had no problems other than the tires were spinning. now rember i went with a GTR trans so it will handle a hell of alot more than the B6 GTX's.

Hell yeah, AWD is awesome. I wish it'd snow down here so I could take the EVO out.

Actually on second thought, I'd probably leave it in the garage if it snowed. :?
