Ok, well I think I'm going to take it to a different mechanic cause I think this will be a bit over my head. The strange thing is after he replaces the part it works fine for a while, but it fails after that. I would think if something was broken then it would just outright not be working at all. An...

I've got both a mx3 and a sti. I love the sti with a passion. The understeer is there, but if you've driven one for long enough you can actually use it to your advantage. Plus STI drivetrain in the snow is unstoppable! super fun to have the ability to lock the trans up with there's a foot of powder ...

Hmmm, I'm not the most technical when it comes to cars. Basicly what happens is when I puch down on the clutch the is pressure everything feels good with that part, it's when I'm letting it back up/engaging the gear, is when it starts to mess up, when it gets real bad it will just engage right away,...

Nope, it's been on there for about 12k miles. So it's not that. It's really weird, he said he bled the whole system last time I was in there and he replaced the part again. And same thing, once I put any load on the clutch and kinda work it the clynder just starts messing up again :( I'm pretty sure...

Master cylnder is having issues....

Well here's the story. I have a KLZE with a ACT Street clutch and a fidenza (SP?) flywheel. I've been to my shop 3 or 4 times and had the same part replaced everytime and it keeps messing up. The Master Clynder will lose it's pressure when I'm engaging the clutch and just kick into gear. After a whi...

Yeah I've gotta find somewhere else to take it. This place won't even let me buy a aftermarket clutch to put in there. They will only use theirs :( Damn, So anyone know of someone or some place that might be able to take care of this in the Denver Area?

Clutch fork is messed up.

Well my mx3 wouldn't get into gear the yesterday when I was at a intersection :( I took it to a shop, they said they think it's the clutch fork. Looks like I have to get a new clutch as well. Does 1278$ Sounds like too much to spend on this? I'm also wondering if anyone know's of a good auto shop I ...

Yeah that's kinda what I thought. It's coming from the engine, guess I'm going to have to have someone look at it. On a side note, does anyone know a good mechanic in the Denver area that has experience with mx-3s?

Just to clarify, this only happens while engaging the clutch, once it's in gear the sound is gone....
