Re: mxr wiring harness
If you are getting static during acceleration or something, it might be a crappy ground wire. I've heard of that problem before. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.

Re: good speakers
A crossover is a component of a stereo system that filters out certain types of sound. For example, a crossover for tweeters filters out lows and mids so only highs go to the tweeters, so they don't get damaged. Or for subwoofers, only let the lows get to the subs. There are different types, too. Pa...

Re: k8 exhaust
Get a custom job from a muffler shop. 2.25" exhaust would be fine. Or the Pacesetter Monza exhaust. I hear they rust a lot, but mine has been going strong for the last 4 years or so. I still have it on my KLZE, too.

Re: mxr wiring harness
I can barely tell what you are saying in your post...
But, if I were you, and your MX-3 wiring harness that goes to your old factory stereo is intact, just buy an adapter kit from the store for a few bucks and just plug and play...

Re: 94-96 klze swap
Oh, ignore my post. I read yours wrong. I thought you were going to try a swap into your 4 cylinder. Didn't see you were going to just buy a V6 MX-3. The swap is not that hard. It's pretty much a straight drop in, depending on your intake manifold design and some other small factors. Plenty of infor...

Re: 94-96 klze swap
Most people here will say DO NOT GO FROM 4 CYLINDER TO 6 CYLINDER. The work would be rather tremendous, unless you have a GS parts car lying around... Even then, you are looking at a lot of work. Most here would just say to do a BP Swap, which gives similar, if not superior, results.

I wanted to get a crappy laptop strictly for MegaSquirt tuning. I would use my Alienware laptop, but the screen is not working. Anyways, my question is: What should my specs be? I'm sure a 486 laptop won't cut it, right? Haha! EDIT: I could use my Wife's Laptop, but it doesn't have a serial port on ...

*chew, I need YOU!
Hey Buddy. I need some help. I need a custom subwoofer enclosure. Here's my vision: I want to put a 10" or a 12" subwoofer in the Spare Tire of my Jeep Cherokee. Yes, IN THE SPARE TIRE. Basically, the tire is going to house the subwoofer. Here is what I am aiming for: http://akamaipix.crut...
