Re: Am I obsessed?
I'm the same way. I don't have any mods done to my car & there are noumerous amounts of dings in her but I still love my baby to death. I made the mistake of letting one of my friends drive down the road & back and they hot roded her into the ground. My jaw dropped to the floor as I watched ...

Re: Liars need not post on this board!!
This scares me. I consider myself to be an average guy that knows things that could help people. I also have ques. about mods for my baby. If the rating system is gonna do what some want it to then I'm afraid that I wont even be able to help people with things that I know about. I just wanna be hear...

Re: Trouble with 1st gear
I agree with David. My baby was idling low at lights & I had to keep the gas down while stopped. The fix was a couple of vaccume hoses that had come loose. The Vaccume hoses are the little rubber hoses that are about 1/4" to 1/2" in diameter. They travel in sets until they break off to...

Re: very worried
Hey.... If you're burning oil on acceleration you have a leak internally.<BR>This is usually caused by bad o-rings on your cylinders. I suggest you take it to a shop to fix this unless you are experienced in this type of work. Hope I could help. :p

Re: Gas mileage and other newbie questions?!
I agree with nottahonda. 75000 miles is about the time the timing belt should be changed along with the plug wires. As for the CV joints they are most likely why the person bfore you sold it. If you take care of the beauty that you just bought she give you a lifetime of enjoyment. Parts are expesive...

Hoods
Hey, I'm looking for a hood with an air scoop on it. I've looked every where that I know to look & am using this as a last resort. I'm trying to stay local. I live in South Carolina so the recycling center isn't really high on my list. I was curious if anyone could help me out with this as far a...

Re: Few Parts for sale
If your tranny is still in good working order, Name what kind (standard/automatic- how many speeds) & your price & I'll see what I can do.
