also if you don't mind duct or electrical tape, basicly just wrap a few pieces of tape around the U that is on the hatch and goes down into the trunk (haha now that was laymen's terms)

I would personally recommend the setup I use on every interior lighting I use along with anything else that would need hooked up. Get a 8 gauge wire. Run from the engine to the center console.(or trunk) Better idea if you use an inline fuse. Simply build a small box like a few inches by a few inches...

the v6 won't work, and the 4cyl you mentioned seems to have almost as many miles as my 150k, I'm hoping to get something that I can drop-in to basicly replace the mileage, so that I can atleast have an engine under 100k. My perfect would be closer to 60 or 70k. I know there out there.
