Put it on a dyno. See for yourself. You are dealing with 1/4's and 1/8's of Horses. A stock Crinkle rubber hose vs. a shiny piece of aluminum. The same goes for ppl who believe that hollowing out/removing a cat will gain them power over having a good non-clogged cat inline. This is dealing with stre...

GTR rods in a stock OEM build feels a little like a waste to me.

Anyways. if you haven't gotten some stock rods yet. You should be able to get them from the Ford dealers too. Different part number obviously. But they work fromt he Escort GT's and Escort LXE's/ Merc tracer LTS'

Actual aftermarket Intakes on a car really do nothing in regards to performance that chopping off the snorkel/bottom of the air box will do.

If you are using a stock rail (or even most of the aftermarkets) they should already have the spot machined for the regulator on the exit.

Yup. Escort GT's and Protege LX's (or GT's in Canada)

There is lots of info on the board on how to do the swap. And it's a very nice engine. Especially if you get the G series trans with it (just say no to F series)

Some wide bands have a 0-1v analog output too that you can use inplace of your stock 02.

Anyways. Have you changed the ignition timing at all? cause that will effect your A/F's. Sometimes substantially.
