None of them make the best subs for your buck, and of the 3, Fosgate has the best amps. Not an amp I would get, i would recomend JL, JBL, or Concept for amps. And JL, MA audio, Concept, or Kicker for subs. But if your only choices are from those 3, I can only say Rockford on the amp, i don't know ...

Remember that 12'' subs don't have as low frequency as 18" subs. Therefore your super low bass, lets say between 20-32 Hz, will not be as loud as your 50 Hz bass. Now I don't know about your subs, but if they aren't designed like JL W7's then you got trouble.
