None of them make the best subs for your buck, and of the 3, Fosgate has the best amps. Not an amp I would get, i would recomend JL, JBL, or Concept for amps. And JL, MA audio, Concept, or Kicker for subs. But if your only choices are from those 3, I can only say Rockford on the amp, i don't know enough about the other 2 on subs. You would have to tell me about their voice coils.

And about the other question it really depends on the music you listen to the most. I have Pioneer 4" 2-way 20W mids in front and Polk audio 6.5" 2-way 50W mids in the back, running off a Kicker 252W amp on high pass with high impedence wiring. And I must say it is one of the most versitle systems i have ever heard. :p

Rockford subs boom.
So do Kicker L7s(the square ones)
I've had experience with both as well as several JLs and Audiobahn.
I currently run one 15" Rockford power hx2 at 1000 watts rms from a rockford 1000.2 amp and it loves it.

IDQ, IDMAX, and such are really good and for the price. Shops are good for listening to stuff or for a laugh if you listen to a salesman. Most all salesmen are alike, used car or new car audio, its all the same.
