Hmmm... seems like I've got one of the lowest ones. mine's got 79920 kms on it. That's like 50k miles.

at one point I was trying to figure out if I could take a miata drivetrain to convert the MX-3 to rwd, but it seemed like way too much expense, after talking with the mechanics

dammit, that's what I want my mx-3 to look like..

I've got a ton of MX-3's in my area, but there's only one or two that have anything really done to them.. There's one guy who put his kit on, but never painted it. His car's red, and the kits grey. looks kinda funny.

lol anyone got black 92 or 93 seat for sale? then I'll have the best of both worlds..

careful with goo gone, though. I used to sell that stuff, and it works awesome, but it can strip paint right off the metal if you're not careful.

actually, it's funny that you mention puttiong the car off the road.. I haven't driven my car since july 19th.. it's been in storage since then. the renewal on my insurance was nuts because of ONE freakin' accident.. I couldn't believe it! my insurance went from 900 a year to 3200, so I didn't renew...

I picked up an axle for my old 92 RS for like $110+tax (after core refund) with a lifetime warranty.. Don't get the axle from Mazda if you need a new one.. they wanted $838 for it. Oh, btw, this was around aug '01 when I bought the axle.

Unfortunately, I won't be there in time for the go-karting (although I'd absolutely love to go). Actually, I'm moving there because I'm going to be going to McMaster, and also because it's the closest place that I can get a transfer to with my job. 8) I'll actually be there for the weekend in 2 week...

Hey guys.. curious.. Is there an MX-3 club in Hamilton, or is it considered part of the Toronto one? I'm moving to Welland from Nova Scotia at the end of Jan, and I just wanted to know, cause I don't know a soul there.

I dunno what to tell you guys, I've got a 96 RS, and all I did was cut the muffler off and put a resonator in it's place (well, two, it's a quasi-dual exhaust), but it sounds wild.

I think the parts department at Mazda is out to lunch. I needed an axle for my 92, and they wanted over $800.00 Cdn for it! I ended up buying an aftermarket one (with a lifetime warranty!) for just over a hundred bucks.

Hah! hey, Your2slow! I kinda wish I'd caught this thread sooner.. It's funny, cause I put my mx-3 away for the winter, and now all I have to drive is my girlfriend's Cavalier. Guess it caught me offguard.
