Yeah sorry... that's what I meant... did any of your remove your tow hooks. I guess it's okay to remove them, and that it won't disturb the intergrity of the front end clip?

Re: 225/50R15's fit with H&R springs...
Thanks hppwdn... yeah, I'm gonna have a -27 offset, so they're gonna stick out hell mad and away from my struts. I'm mounting some 225/50R15 BF Goodridge Drag Radials on these... http://www.axiswheels.com/wheels/racer-x/racer-x8sil.jpg They're 15x8... and if they're -27 offset I should be far far a...

Well she's all tacked up ready to take to the welder tomorrow. My welder is doing it for beer and the good thing is that he welds sprinkler piping so he knows how to weld around. This is it in all her glory with the very odd wastegate piping... http://i491.photobucket.com/albums/rr275/Spudsicles/Tu...

Re: Shades - 1996 MX-3 RS
Ha, you like to start your posts with the word "Crap" haha. Anyways, Shades, this build is legit. I cant wait to see this car at the mx-west meet... Btw, you still got those 4 spoke rims on the car? Isnt that turbo the "Disco potato" ? Or is that the gt2871? Oh yeah, I've still ...

Re: Shades - 1996 MX-3 RS
Crap, running outta room for my external wastegate... I'll take some pictures on the weekend. Had to make another collector for the wastegate, combining the two sides. That's a Garrett GT3071R that I got from Full Race, you're looking at $1500 for that turbo with a divided port. I'll post some pict...

225/50R15's fit with H&R springs...
... without rubbing?
I'm gonna get a set of rims with a -27 offset so they'll stick out, with some BF Goodridge drag radials... eitherwise I'm stick using the 205/50R15's, but I want more rubber to the ground.

Re: Can't believe I bought a MX-3
If you had done a compression test you would have found out that you blew a head gasket. Cylinders 2 and 3 are not firing cause the head gasket is blown, and your heater doesn't work cause it's leaking coolant into 2 and 3. Also when you run out of water you overheat the engine and warp the head eve...

Re: How did you run your intercooler piping?
Hey Jarid, long time no talk! Yeah that is a wierd way to do it... with my big GT3071R I don't have room to do that. After I fabbed up my manifold, I have about 1/4" between the turbo and the rad. It's just that if I go underneath and around like the rest of the people, I'm gonna have ground cl...

How did you run your intercooler piping?
Just wondering if anyone has any pictures of their intercooler piping?
I am wondering how you got it around the front of the car to the engine bay... cause in my car there is a bracing bracket in the bottom corners that is hindering the area of where my piping is wanting to go.

Re: Need a supercharger expert!
So where in the engine bay are you gonna mount this two stroke engine?... on the hood, new hood ornament?
What RPM is the two stroke gonna be turning at to provide you with enough air flow?... will it even turn fast enough?
You're adding more weight to the car and using up more fuel... interesting.
