Re: Front disc won't bugde
Pressure and rust. I beat the hell outa them yesterday but they wouldn't budge. Stopped by the dealership during work today and talked to them. They gave me a couple of 8mm bolts. Turned them into the threaded hole in the discs and bang, they came free.

Re: Front disc won't bugde
I found a tutorial for a big brake install on a celica that mentioned that you can screw a bolt into the disc to pry it off. Sure enough I found a threaded hole on the disc, I'm going to hit up canadian tire after work tommorow and give that method a shot.

Front disc won't bugde
I'm swapping my discs out for some powerstop cross drilled rotors and I've already done the rears with no major problems. The front discs are giving me a real headache though, I've got the entire caliper assembly off and the old discs will not come off. The online manual doesn't say there is anythin...

Re: A pillar gauges
On the guagepods website it says 1992 to 1995. Did they change the A-Pilars in 95?

Re: Question about summer tires!
I've got some Kumho 205 40zr17s on my car. Te ride is great, actually smoother with them than my winter tires on stock steel rims.

Re: Rough Idle > Vaccuum Leak?
Ok, the code was a 10 and an 8. I didn't time the pauses right. I didn't plug the wiring harness back in the air flow sensor. whoops.

Re: Rough Idle > Vaccuum Leak?
Actually, I haven't found code 18 listed at any of the shop manuals or sites I've visited. Well, I'm going to be talking to my Mazda dealer this morning, hopefully they can help me out.

Re: Rough Idle > Vaccuum Leak?
When I put the engine in diagnostic mode the code that comes up is 18, but that one isn't listed in the FAQ. Anyone know what the code 18 refers to?

Rough Idle > Vaccuum Leak?
I changed all my vaccuum hoses and now it idles rough, and the check engine light comes on. It sits at 1000rpm and the jumps to 2000rmp after roughly 15 seconds. It also smells like there is a lot of unburned fuel in the exhaust. Most of the hoses fit snug, and the ones that were a bit loose I tight...

Rough Idle Help

Need help with my alarm
I bought my car used, and the previous owner had a delta alarm system installed and threw away the documentation. Anyone know what the four switches on it do, and which wire is the grounded output when I arm the alarm. My LED scanner is wired to come on when the car is turned off, and I want it so i...

G-Force Opinions
I haven't heard much bad about them, but I'd like to get a few people's opinions about the place before I order a set of fenders from them. Things like the quality of their work, how long it took to get what you ordered, etc... thanks.

Re: GForce Z3 Fenders
I think I'm gonna just go with the G-Force fenders. Insurance is payin for it all anyway, and I don't my insurance would cover converting factory fenders.

GForce Z3 Fenders
Does anyone know what the deal is with these fenders? Are they even available yet?<BR>I had a bit of an accident recently and I was quoted about 260 for an OEM fender, and I seem to remember someone saying the Z3s were roughly 300 for the pair. If that's true I'd rather just replace both fenders.
