KJ-ZEM conversion?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has ever attempted to put in a KJ-ZEM engine into our cars?

It's a supercharged miller-cycle from a 93 eunos 800.

Just thought this is interesting for those of you wanting supercharged cars.

Re: Positive for Se7en

Thanks se7en - he really does do more than he has to: sent me out item through express post and I'm in Australia eventhough he didn't have to as I asked for normal postage!! got here 4 days later! and item is in immaculate condition! Thanks mate.

Take care,

Re: timing belt problem HELP

Hm all I said is to check - I have seen tensioners put on reverse, and yes it's stupid but not everyone has their mind on the job 100% of the time. What I mean is that mistakes happen and I've seen them happen on a range of cars - cars on which I would otherwise deem it impossible to do. I still thi...

Re: timing belt problem HELP

As a rule of thumb, everytime your car needs a replacement timing belt you should also replace the tensioner - hence all the timng belt kits available. Ive seen cars where the tensioner was put on the reverse, causing the tensioner to rip into the belt and make it shudder. Im not sure if this is pos...

Re: what is a megaSquirt?

A lot of posts for a topic that shouldn't have even been started. Poor guy though, he is probably clueless, came on this forum to ask a few of his (although to us, stupid - to him important) questions only to be blown away by everyone.. he won't be back - I would laugh if it was a millionaire wantin...

thats' very interesting...maybe the next big hype for mx-3's will be 4wd conversions!!

Re: Can I use this IM for ZE?

I guess this discussion could go on forever with both sides arguing over who is right. But, like you already said - dyno same car with different manifolds on same day is the only way to do it really. Anyone up for it? :D

but, i will try to find that data and show you then you can interpret.

either way, curved neck would still be easier to install wouldn't it?

How do I know it's a REAL KLZE??!!

First of all...God knows I tried searching for this...but forget searching for anything with KLZE in your search. So I know this MUST have been covered (in fact I remember reading about it over a year ago), but unfortunately I could not find that post again. Question is..as some of you may know, I'm...

Re: Can I use this IM for ZE?

Lol there is no reason you can't fit the straight neck IM in your bay. I live in Adelaide and I did without any probs. Unlike USA we have less fitment issues because we are RHD and not LHD. Btw I can't see the injectors on that. Hope you don't pay too much. How much did you get your klze for if i c...

Re: Can I use this IM for ZE?

Flow is better through the curved neck manifold. I have data laying somewhere around I can show you.

I'm buying injectors for a turbo - 280cc Millenia S Injectors off se7en. :)
