165 on a ZE? that would be one shitty ZE lol, ZEs should do at least 190hp and then with a few upgrades you could easily hit 210, no turbo, no standalone, nothing expensive just the engine and a little bit of tweaking here and there.

if the rim is actually working fine i'd leave it like that, and maybe depending on the cost powdercoating could be a good idea, but if you powdercoat it u might as well choose a colour to match your car
