Radiators...again!
I'm planning on getting a rad sent over from the USA to replace the piece of rust that now sits in the front of my car. Will this fit? Are the rads in the US the same as over here or will it need adjustments? The reason i'm shipping one is they're about $500 over here, and $400 to recondition my cur...

Engine rebuild...
A friend has been thinking/trying to persuade me to let him rebuild my engine with him (he's got mechanical skills...unlike me) but I'm just wondering what I'm gonna need to look at replacing just by doing it? It's done almost 170000miles so could do with it, but what do I need to buy and any ideas ...

Cool, cheers for the thoughts. For reference: It seems its quite a good deal; a normal\standard system installed at a 'high-street' 'quick-fix' type place is not much less... about $40 less! There might be another problem though: the heat shield needs replacing soon... how easy would this be to do w...

Does anyone know of a six speed box that would fit EASILY on the V6 1.8?
Alternatively: has anyone done this and what've they used?
Cheers

Custom Stainless Steel Exhaust System...
Had this quote for a new system and wondering what people think: "A custom build stainless exhaust system for your ...MX3 ... from the existing catalytic converter section through to the rear . Included in the base system price would be a standard style 2.5" rolled lip style tailpipe. Beca...

What's the norm for top speed on an unaltered 1.8 V6?
Got to 130mph then decided I was LESS keen on sprawling myself across the track... is 140 about top?

IMO If the wiring diagrams do not make sense - may be you should stay away from wiring anything that could potentially do harm. You are undoubtedly right... but I'd prefer to screw it up learning rather than pay someone to kill it like the last set of mechanics did to my ford escort.... plus: if 'I...
