My bad, i should have said cylinders are labled 1 3 5 2 4 6 Basically hook #1 cyl to #1 on the dizzy and so on. take teh dizzy off and make sure its not 180 out. I just did this exact swap 2 weeks ago! I droped in the KLZE, used the K8 egr, all the stock klze sensors. Im currently running the k8 ecu and je-50 vaf but im ordering a kl02 vaf. Why not just hook it up properly? I bolted my K8 egr onto my ZE head and it functions perfect! These motor run hot, its just the way it is, That why people buy spacers and such to help keep the manifold cool, there is alot of heat in there. Also there is a post in the vaq on setting the TPS. Well if you can find ZE or millenia heads with the square ports that will work. Better then porting the stock ones. Only thing is you will still have KL-01 cams (which isnt bad, im running them in my ZE). You will be a little low on compression but thats not a big deal with our crap gas anyway. Ecu ...
