Just reading the exhaust pressure thread I noticed a few people saying that exhaust size should be around the engine size so a 1Litre should have a 1" pipe

say the exhaust is for the 2.5 v6 for this to show good gains the 2 pipes should be around 1.25" correct?

and if it was indeed just the ...

Just wondering what benefit if any would come of this

Getting the MX6 headers and instead of using the 2 to 1 downpipe get a custom jobby of having 2 pipes coming down straight through to the backbox, Either 2 pipes into 1 back box or dual

How do I go about getting they readings? just with a volt meter, and if there is a gain to be made should the reading be higher or lower or do they have to be spot on

Hi all I took my induction off to see the VAF inside and looks a good restriction with the size of it.

I have a MAF from my Mazda Lantis 2.0 V6 with the code B6BF on it I currently have the JE50 Vaf on

Is there a way to change these over as the MAF looks better for air flow

I will be prob go with the DE its more avalible and getting a low milleage will be easier i think aswell as being cheaper. and if anything were to go wrong it would be easy to replace or get parts needed

I was close to supercharging my MX5 Eunos roadster ...

I know the differnce, 20-30 odd bhp ze lower compression than de, but what else?

Is it really that much a differnce when comparing the 2 and if turbo/charger is on mind for the future would the DE not be better?

Im asking because I had the Mazda lantis and Mazda 323f zxi both 2.0 v6 uk at 145BHP ...

Heres my 1992 Eunos

Bought the car for nearly double the average price here in the UK due to being how clean the car is with having no rust at all and solid underneath

Its done around 110k miles and the engine shows no sign of giving up anytime soon :)

Lol yeah its unfortunaly a DTM kind of style that goes up at the tips, its not long on the car im told 3 months i think, may sell it ...

curious of this also my standard rear are cracked and so is the passenger side sore head lisenen to them

Had the car up on the ramps today at work and its very clean and not a spot of rust in sight :D so glad I paid the extra for it as I could have got another one half the price that was starting to show bubbling at the rear arch
