Hi all
Hi everyone Dave here from Scotland
Just bought myself a Mazda Eunos 1.8 V6 yesterday and its pretty fun to drive
Had a Mazda Lantis Type R before and missed the V6 sound, Wasnt very happy with the Lantis performance and I think the K8 will soon have the same effect, knowing this I sought out a pre 95 MX3 in black when my new Eunos showed up 1992 so dont need to have a cat what is also a bonus, So after the performance gets a bit dull I will be searching for a donor KLZE working in the trade I should be able to tackle this myself but will be great to check up here for any information I am unsure of
These are the only pictures I have at the moment from the sellers add but will get some of my own soon, Alloys will be coming off as there not my cup of tea and replaced with a set of Rota Grids in bronze/gold

Re: Hi all
Welcom Dave from scotland....
Glad to hear that your getting yourself a mx3.. Theres plenty of stuff on here about the klze swap, almost enough that a non-gearhead to do the swap themselfs.
Anyways the search function can and will be your best friend, best of luck with finding a donor klze and the swap.

Re: Hi all
Hi all thanks for the welcome
Had the car up on the ramps today at work and its very clean and not a spot of rust in sight so glad I paid the extra for it as I could have got another one half the price that was starting to show bubbling at the rear arch
Not to sure what u mean by work log? u mean whats currently been done to the car or what I am planning?
Anyways what has been done, not alot.
Cat back exhaust system
crap K&N induction what will be replaced for a K&N Apollo
Spax lowring springs unsure of the drop
and they alloys what will be removed tomorrow, too much rain to do it th enow
some tint film on the back and front to give it that sinister look lol
My future plans, get a decent set of dampers as I cant see the current lasting anymore than 3 months
I am pretty happy on the look of it minus the alloys so body wise nothing
Ordered a set of 8000k H4 hi/low beam HID's and a set of bright LED side lights, will get matching bulbs for the fogs also
fix up inside the car as the center console has some cracks and the air vents are all broken
Bigger plans will come when the KLZE is bought and rebuilt

Welcome, and congratulations
The exhaust looks photoshopped
you did well to pay a little more, and have no rust.
I like the look of everything smoked.
