Re: klze launching in 1st gear?
2000rpms sounds about right. the trick is in how fast the wheels are spinning while your moving. lower rpms for the the drop of the clutch. then after about 10 to 15mph. more rpm. then shift

Re: 1.6 sohc turbo
well i dunno if it will. but you dont need it. you just need bigger injectors. tuneable ecm. (megasquirt) and afpr. and if your gonna go turbo. go dohc. having a turbo manifold wont really help much becuase of the way manifold vacume system works. all a turbo dose is force air into the manifold. whi...

Re: Flashing lights
well another possibility. is you have a 12v wire grounding out somewhere.
this will probally be the hardest thing to fix though.
just cuz you gotta find the wire and where its grounding.

Re: angle/engine issues

If it starts let it idle and check the timing mark with a timing light this guy is right. i would bet money ur timing belt has stretched and jumped a few teeth. stop trying to start it. your just taking a huge risk. its alot of work. but #1 buy a timing belt. ( its cheap and wel...

Re: Sohc to Dohc Engine Swap
