Sorry I gotta say it, your bedspread looks like the exterior of a honda. I'm thinking that the second nut should also be threaded up, to lock the other in place.
Hold on. I would think that the coils should be sitting damn nearn on the strut. They should come with O-rings that should fit between the coil and the outside dia of the strut. I don't think they fit low enough. Do they come with set screws?
if this is how they are seated and work that way, may not like the ride qualtiy. They look a little cheap with out progressive spring rates.
I say that they don't fit your struts.
so they dont fit the strut.. and they came with o-rings but it told me to just put it on the strut.. im now at this.. so idk where in the strut it would go i have a bag full of them..
and for how low they sit idk did not put them on yet.. i dont want to f*&^ sh!~ up so i want to know how to really put them on so i dont brake things
yes there the ebay coil overs.. they told me that the may fit the tokico hp but i dont know if they do know .. my have to go machine a part to have the coil adjuster more less sit on the spring base what do you think about that ..
the coil collar should be sitting around the blue section of your struts... I don't think the aluminum collars can handle the wieght of the car and would probably split. There must be lots of play in the collar.
i was board and tried them on my stock struts and they fit them not the ph..... not to happy /:( well back to the drawing board ... so are lowing springs well not compressed on the strut i got them on ebay as well.. they fit but they are loose on the strut ??
the dropzone are a 1.8 idk what that means? but so you know ..
pics may help.. But you should need a spring compressor to install lowering springs. I would like to suggest you just get the eibachs.. I've done the same thing you have, just to see things fail.
