Good bye forever.

Post by curtklze »

well I got my ZE Distributor and coil assembly working.

I had to do it all on my own, since the people that have done it befor decided to NOT SHARE the information.

I will be posting a proper write up on how to do this swap, Then I will NEVER POST HERE AGAIN.

damn....thats unexpected.

I treid to figure out a way to bypass the crappy ignition module inside our disty using a HEI (general motors) module that you mount externally of the disty & also how to rig an external MSD blaster coil, but I couldn't get my car to start after I hooked it all up, so I went back to the stock disty.

BTW: the info for the KLZE disty swap is on Probetalk...all over probetalk. Should be ez to find with a search.

Well Kurt, I always like your posts as they have such a sting in them - I'll miss them - I would prefer if you kept going though on the board

I honestly have to say this is a shame. Your posts have been some of the most helpful for a nobbie like me in getting through my ZE swap. as well as a learning more about the MX3 in general. I really do hate to see you leave the community. But i can also see why your a bit pissed at those not willing to share info as willing as you are. I know you will most definately be missed from this forum.

I could've sworn people did help you out when they told you just to use your stock disty, but whatever. Its a shame since you did help many people.

J Love, I do think that was a little uncalled for, even if it was a joke.

I'm confused. Who didn't help? I looked up the thread, and one guy gave a wiring diagram, and I couldn't figure out what more you needed aside from that since you didn't specifically ask. Anyways, I thought pretty much everyone who's swapped just threw the DE distributor on?

Surely you can see how offensive both your generalization and choice of language is...? C'mon man, I've read your other stuff & you definitely seemed better than that post indicates... right?
