is it the front or the rear bolt that you can't remove?
if it's the rear, try removing the 3 17mm bolts instead and you'll have to use some sort of extension on the ratchet, but it's easier than the big 21mm nut. after you get the 3 back bolts, front bolt, stabilizer link, and ball joint, remove the control arm from under the car. then, put a 21mm socket and ratchet(and use an extension) on the last nut and use the car's underside to stop the control arm from rotating as you remove the nut. it's on there tight though. you may need to use your foot to stop it from sliding on the ground. ghetto, but effective.

Isn't that the logical way to do it? Air tools wouldn't help if he was trying to do it the other way, because you can't get a socket of ANY size on that 21mm nut because of the chassis. You HAVE to take the three 17mm bolts out first and drop it.ovendenk wrote:is it the front or the rear bolt that you can't remove?

on the end of the threaded section, you put an allen key. so, wrench on the nut and an allen key in the threaded section to stop it from turning. can't remember size of allen key though, sorry.
