Questioning the life of my car

Post by jcrewsm »

Hello everyone, in a year i have to come to a decision of what I am going to do with my MX-3. I have the option of A. Buying a brand new car (GM only) or B. Doing almost anything i want to the MX, if I keep the MX this is what i want to do.....budget is around $15,000
Engine Swap to either a 12 A, 13 B, of a B6T
Body - G-Force Front, Fx side skirts, and the stock rear with an sunburst orange pearl paint
Interior - Sparco racing seats (Black) and a momo steering wheel
Ice - 3 12" Infinity perfects each running off a JBL mono 600 watt amp, 6X9's in the hatch, 4 5 1/2"'s, and taking two a/c vents out and puttin JBL L & C 2.5" tweeters in.
Leave some feedback with what you think i should do.....go with a new car.....or hook the hell outta the mx

Dude, 1. Keep the MX, and 2. If you are going to go for a Rotary swap, get the 20BTT, I saw a MX-3 with that engine in it and it does the Quarter Mile in 7.75 Seconds. So just think about it. haha

Do both. Keep the Mx-3, and buy a new car.
A small cavalier or sunfire ( those are the cheapest, right? ) for winter season. and mod the Mx-3, and ride it only summer time. That way, you won't rust your mx-3 cause you ride it in the winter ;)
Those Cavalier are about 12,000 canadian now, that must be 8000-9000 US in you corner? and that's leave you with 6000-7000 to mod the mx-3.
Anyone thought of that? :P
