I know I saw a company somewhere that makes a header for the SOHC. I'm a DOHC owner and I was looking for one for my car... all I found was a SOHC. I'll post when I find the company again.<P>

If you really want somthing cool, go to a hardware store, get some 1 inch piping (or whatever diameter you want), mandrel bend it (they sell those too) and weld ur own, you just hafta keep the origonal flange from your exahaust manifold. Or take the idea to a good shop. The can do it probably for under 300 (US). It shouldn't be too hard! I was thinking about doing it for my DOHC, BUT i'm wanting to swap to the b6t too bad to go the NA route. Well good luck.

for god sakes DONT listen to that idea. Headers are NOT just pipes that lead to your exhaust system. There are certain dynamics, measurements, etc that need to be considered before you even think about fabrication. Unless you've mastered air velocity, flow, length, mass and a handful of other elements dont even bother.
