Connecting exhaust to GTX manifold

Post by Jovian2k »

I will be installing GTX VJ20 turbo on my BP with stock GTX exhaust manifold. I have my 93 RS stock downpipe currently but the flange where it connects to my BP exhaust manifold is three bolt and GTX exhaust manifold has 4 bolt flange. What have people done? Buy stock GTX pipe to connect to GTX exhaust manifold (probably hard to find) or bring to shop to do custom? (For now) I will be connecting setup to stock cat with 2.25" pacesetter catback.

you can look for a vj14 dump elbow, its the the same hotside bolt pattern as a vj20, but has a 3 bolt triangular flange for the exhaust. it comes off a b6t motor ie gtx, capri xr2
