I would be up for a in and outlet flange. Thats pretty much all I need to put mine in, no time or equipment to make my own right now. How much?

Yes, only 3rd. This is the weakness part of gearbox.

in and outlet flange with gaskets will be 50euro + shipping

mounting kit will be 100euro + shipping.

Nice, I cannot wait to see this put together.

Are you planning on eliminating the clutch and going for a smaller pulley?

Of course, standard pulley will rotate about 8,5k rpm (aprox. preassure 0.3bar) . I`ll use a 58mm pulley which gives 14-14,5k rpm which is nominal speed of Eaton M62 (aprox. pressure 0,7-0,75bar).

Nice, are you going to be running some kind of waist gate as to not run full time boost? I have been researching the 62 and the 90 and seems the 62 with the smaller standard size pulley is the best option. But I want to save a little fuel economy while driving so I have been looking into incorporating a waist gate to help releave some of the boost under normal driving.

You never mentioned your 1/4 mile time at the meet???

14,9 but my engine doesn`t generate full power, only 180 hp

Waste gate is used with turbo systems, not supercharger - I will have full linear boost from low rpm. I`ll use bov to open intake when throttle is close. Thats it :)

In your case the best solution is clutched SC - normal, economy drive you simply dont use it. But you must have MAP sensor in intake manifold to control the pressure with mapped ECU.

hmm, that was my first initial thought, but then I started looking at like the 62 out of the Cobalt and a couple of others, and they have a regulator valve to keep boost levels low during normal driving. a similar valve would be like a waist gate, and you could plumb it in a such a way to do the same thing or act in the same way. I know there is not much room to mount a colbalt M62 int he AC location so I was just looking into other options for like benefits.

Nice work on your project though, I look forward to seeing it completed.

Set for additional pulley for supercharger belt
Image
...and fitted ;)
Image

Adapter for fuel rail which is necessary to install Turbosmart fuel regulator
Image

And washed car preparing for engine rebuild :)

Next stage is remove engine from car and full rebuild on millenia s rods and of course supercharger (still not clutched for time when engine is run in)
