I highly doubt that was a factory/dealer option. The way its sewed together and the materials used (non-perforated leather) make me believe this. I'm almost sure those were custom. If I'm not mistaken, the guy on clubpro found them in a junkyard mx-3. My guess is that someone had them made to match the stock tan/beige and black interior.

If I had ever bought an mx-3 with beige interior, that's exactly what I would have wanted to do to the seats.

It's a perfect match to the factory colors, so it was done well if it was custom which I dont doubt. probably one of the most tasteful mods ive done to the car lol

 A dealer option is not always an OEM part that the dealer installs. Sometimes it’s a custom interior, or different exhaust, tint. I got my local Mazda Dealer to start using CS parts Strut tower bars, intake, exhaust on bran new cars. What about like a Yenko Camaro it wasn’t a factory option to have a camaro that said Yenko it was a dealer. Judging by the wear on them I would say that they were probably a dealer option. Or an extremely rare pair of beige seats only makes sence to me as they had beige interiors.

Either way I think they are a sweet score. They look nice with that interior, besides the center consol
